Football + Cheer Registration 2026 Season

GETTING STARTED

To register your athlete for football or cheer, all participants will need to complete the following:

THE REGISTRATION PROCESS:

  1. Complete the online registration on the website

  2. Download the following forms:

    • MVFL Physical Form dated 2026

    • Code of Conduct/Ethics Forms

    • Concussion

    • Cardiac Arrest

    • Heat and Illness

  3. Acquire copy of

    • health insurance

    • grade verification (report card, ID card, or Aeries screen shot with year and grade)

    • proof of residency (if not attending LUSD schools)

    • birth certificate

    • photo of athlete (wallet size or smaller)

  4. TURN IN ALL downloaded forms/ required paperwork and Pay your registration and volunteer fees by July 1st. Watch social media for paperwork collection dates.

FAQs

  • All families will pay an upfront volunteer fee at the beginning of the season. Once volunteer hours have been fulfilled, verified, and all equipment has been returned, you will receive your volunteer fee back. If hours are not completed in full, or all equipment has not been returned, your refund will be forfeited.

    Fees are as follows: 1 Child- $200, 2 Children - $225, 3 Children - $250, 4+ $275

  • Parental role expectation is to prioritize sportsmanship, fair play, and positive reinforcement to contribute to their child's overall development and enjoyment of the sporting experience. We believe parents play a crucial role in youth football games and cheerleading.

  • Safety is our number one priority for our youth players. Our coaches go trough training as do our officials to make sure safe play transpires. Additionally, practice teaches all athletes safe form so they can execute their sport correctly.

    Reach out directly to your coordinator with any specific concerns.

  • Football: Cleats, mouth guard, practice activewear, water jug

    Cheer: athletic tennis shoes (no Vans or dunks), water jug, practice attire (black shorts, white top)

    All required uniform components are included in your registration fees.

ATTENTION FAMILIES

To minimize additional fees for both families and the league, the registration and volunteer fees are not collected through registration website.

Families will submit payment in person at a scheduled registration event or drop-off time no later than July 1st, 2026.
