LINDEN YOUTH LIONS: FOOTBALL
Our goal is for every young athlete who chooses to pursue football as a recreational sport, comes away from his/her contact with LYFC having gained knowledge, athleticism and had fun while doing so.
Linden Youth Football and Cheer is proud to celebrate our 25th anniversary! For a quarter of a century, we've been building champions on and off the field—instilling teamwork, discipline, and community pride in generations of young athletes. Here's to 25 years of tradition, growth, and unforgettable memories with many more ahead!
Football Age Requirements:
Varsity 7th / 8th grade
no Varsity athlete can turn 15 during football season
Junior Varsity 5th / 6th grade
Novice 3rd / 4th grade
Junior Novice 1st / 2nd grade
Practice schedule is as follows:
Week 1 and 2: M-F 5:30-7:30 pm
Week 3 and 4: M-Th 5:30-7:30 pm *Jamboree on Saturday of Week 3
Weeks 5 on: T, W, Th 5:30-7:30 pm
All practices will take place at:
